Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Consultant in Grid Integration to drive transformative, end-to-end projects for renewables, grid operators and investors in the Raleigh area. You will own client relationships from initial contact through delivery, shape proposals, and coordinate internal experts to ensure a bankable, compliant outcome.

Qualifications

• University degree in electrical power engineering.
• MBA or project management cert is a strong plus.
• Several years of professional experience in the power and energy sector, ideally in grid connection, renewable integration, or transmission systems.
• Proven track record in consulting, network studies, or project management.
• Advanced project management skills across multi‑stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, from early investment decisions through Pre-FEED/FEED studies, managing scope, schedule, budget and delivery quality.
• Orchestrate cross-functional, multicultural teams and manage stakeholders to meet client expectations.
• Drive grid code compliance throughout the project lifecycle and de‑risk client investments.
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure Siemens Energy voice is coordinated.
• Mentor colleagues and evolve our advisory portfolio across network studies and lifecycle services.
