Zusammenfassung

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Grid Integration Senior Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar EPC substation and grid integration programs from Raleigh, NC. This role requires relocation and offers a comprehensive relocation package for qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering high- voltage substation and utility-scale EPC projects, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex project lifecycles.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in complex industrial, utility, infrastructure, or EPC environments.
• Experience leading high-voltage substation or utility-scale EPC programs.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, contract management, and risk mitigation.
• Experience managing customer relationships on large capital projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex EPC substation and grid integration projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and supply chain teams.
• Maintain project financial performance, including forecasting, cash flow, revenue recognition, and profitability.
• Utilize Earned Value Management and key performance metrics to drive execution excellence.
• Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for project delivery.
• Support contract negotiation, change order management, claims mitigation, and commercial strategy.
• Provide executive-level reporting and communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations, procedures, and quality standards.
