You will oversee multi‑million dollar projects, manage scope and budgets, and coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction teams. The role requires relocation to Raleigh with a comprehensive relocation package and a track record delivering large EPC projects in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in complex industrial, utility, infrastructure, or EPC environments.
• Experience leading high-voltage substation projects, transmission projects, or utility-scale EPC programs.
• PMP certification preferred; authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex EPC substation and grid integration projects.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, and customer expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and supply chain teams.
• Maintain financial performance with forecasting, cash flow, revenue recognition, and profitability.
• Provide executive reporting and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
