Responsibilities

• Develops and prototypes tools to assist control room Operators, Outage Coordinators, and Engineers in data analysis and visualization for grid reliability.
• Interacts with project teams to implement new tools and system changes in production environments.
• Develops operational awareness and analytical tools used by System Operators in control room.
• Investigation, evaluation, and bench-marking of new display and tool technologies.
