Job summary

Electric Power Engineers in Texas/Austin is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer to direct and manage a team of engineers performing power system analyses including steady state, dynamics, short circuit, EMT studies using industry software.

You will lead generation interconnection studies within WECC, oversee project delivery, interact with clients, and mentor junior staff while pursuing process improvements and business development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering focused on Power Systems.
• 5+ years in electric energy with power system studies or interconnection experience.
• Familiar with PSLF, PSS/E, PowerWorld, PSCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation integration and WECC interconnection studies.
• Oversee timely project delivery within quality and budget goals.
• Interact with clients to address needs and scope of work.
