Job summary

True Harmony Company seeks a Senior Administrator, Greenhouse Operations & HR, to join our Ely, Nevada team. This role provides high-level administrative, operational, and onsite HR support to leadership in a dynamic production environment.

You will coordinate onboarding, housing logistics, transportation, and serve as onsite HR resource, escalating matters to HR leadership as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of senior-level support, operations administration, project coordination, or related experience.
• 1+ year of HR experience.
• Experience supporting leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
• Ability to drive for business-related errands and travel between company locations with a valid driver’s license.
• HRIS and project management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative needs.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, calendars, and cross-team communications.
• Track labor schedules, workforce activities, and incident documentation.
• Manage onboarding and orientation, including I-9 completion and uniforms.
• Serve as onsite HR contact for routine employee questions and benefits guidance.
• Support workers’ compensation, safety, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
• Coordinate housing, transportation, and company assets.
• Assist with vendor, IT, and facilities coordination as needed.
• Support employee recognition, training, and company events.
