True Harmony Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Ely, Nevada campus. You will help maintain and repair mechanical systems, perform diagnostics, and support operations in a large greenhouse and cannabis facilities.

About the Role

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping systems running smoothly? True Harmony Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the performance and upkeep of our equipment and systems in our cannabis facilities and large-scale, state-of-the-art greenhouse. In this role, you’ll work under limited supervision to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of mechanical components. From performing installations and test runs to supporting operations during peak seasons, you'll play a vital role in performing maintenance tasks to support facility operations at our 250,000 sq. ft. cannabis greenhouse facilities and onsite housing.

Location

This is an onsite position at our Ely, Nevada location at 30955 N. Alt, US-93, Ely, NV 89301 (Near intersection of US Rt 93 & US Alt Route 93).

Schedule

The schedule is Monday-Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm. Some holidays required.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Survey and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with safety standards.
• Run diagnostics, adjust, repair, and maintain various systems and equipment.
• Perform routine inspectionsof facility systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Assist with repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems as directed.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely.
• Support landscaping and irrigation system maintenance.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Record maintenance activities and report issues promptly.
• Respond to emergency repair needs as assigned.
• Attend training sessions as needed.
• May occasionally be required to be on call due to special circumstances or departmental needs. (natural disasters, or major emergency incidents)
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supportive Functions

• May be required to help with general field operations at peak season or slow mechanical periods throughout the year
• Meets with management regarding test results and makes additional alterations to machinery as necessary
• Communicates with the management team to order replacement parts for machines

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain necessary licenses to work in the cannabis industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Experience as a maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Experience with welding and fabrication
• Knowledge of computers, email and mobile apps
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Nice to Haves

• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field
• Welding experience
• Harvest machinery experience
• Plumbing experience
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
• Commercial Driver's License

Physical Requirements

Physical Requirements: Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Standing/Walking: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, often in a greenhouse environment. Repetitive Motion: Frequent bending, kneeling, and reachingt. Manual Dexterity: Proficient hand-eye coordination Work Environment: Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels typical of greenhouse environments. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
