Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in MIS/Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration.
• 6+ years managing the implementation of complex risk and compliance systems in banking.
• Experience implementing regulatory compliance, third party risk management or enterprise risk management.
• Expertise with commercially available GRC solutions.
• Strong banking compliance knowledge is helpful.
• Experience leading a team and managing project budgets.
• Expert project management skills—planning, status reporting, issues resolution, risk mitigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel 60%+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services including risk and compliance solution development.
• Lead project delivery and manage client service delivery with a team of professionals.
• Develop proposals, estimates and staffing plans to support sales cycles.
• Support account planning and client relationships to expand engagement scope.
