Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to drive pre-sales efforts for Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions across federal, state, local, higher education, and nonprofit healthcare sectors.

You will partner with sales to craft account plans, deliver compelling demonstrations, and validate requirements through proofs of concept, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled capabilities. You will develop and demonstrate strategic value, maintain rigorous documentation, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in pre-sales or solution consulting.
• Experience with public-sector financial reporting and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) use cases.
• Ability to develop and communicate value propositions, run product demonstrations, and respond to RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities for Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions in federal, state, local, higher education, and nonprofit health segments.
• Conduct discovery, architecture discussions, and Proofs of Concept to validate fit and value.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and client services to align roadmaps and drive Technical Win.
• Demonstrate AI-enabled capabilities and responsible positioning of AI features.
