Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a Manager, GRC Engineering to lead client engagements, build trust with executives, and drive end-to-end compliance programs across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS.

You will mentor a pod of 3–5 analysts, architect security controls in AWS, GCP, and Azure, and guide projects from kickoff to certification using automation platforms such as Drata, Vanta, and Secureframe.

Qualifications

• Proven client relationship manager with experience handling executive-level discussions.
• 5+ years of direct experience leading technical teams in GRC.
• Hands-on technical compliance execution aligned with SOC 2 & ISO 27001.
• Cloud control architect with practical AWS/GCP/Azure experience.
• Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent compliance engagements.
• Autonomous, self-directed operator with strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own executive client account management and act as primary contact across portfolios.
• Lead end-to-end compliance engagements from kickoff to final certification.
• Manage complex account escalations with urgency and poise.
• Deliver strategic compliance guidance translating regulatory criteria into controls.
• Direct and develop engineering pods of 3–5 analysts to ensure delivery standards.
• Architect and align security policies and controls across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS.
