Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a GRC Engineer to guide clients through FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, and CMMC compliance initiatives. You will author and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, and other federal artifacts while coordinating with CSPs and 3PAOs.

The role requires strong client-facing communication, a background in government compliance frameworks, and the ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced startup environment. Remote-first company culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct execution in GRC roles focusing on FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, and federal authorization lifecycles.
• Experience authoring, evaluating, and maintaining SSPs, POA&Ms, and other federal artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, and CMMC compliance efforts.
• Prepare and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, SARs, and related artifacts for authorization paths.
• Lead readiness assessments and gap analyses for JAB or Agency ATO processes.
• Map data flows and shared responsibilities across FedRAMP and CMMC environments.
• Coordinate with CSPs, 3PAOs, and federal stakeholders throughout assessments.
