Job summary

Relativity ODA LLC seeks a Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst to lead second‑line assurance and ITGC testing across Relativity’s control landscape. You will maintain the Risk and Control Matrix, advise first‑line teams, and report risk metrics to CISO and management.

Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk, and compliance is essential. You will independently own control areas, translate frameworks into actionable controls, and collaborate with engineering, product, and business

Qualifications

4+ years in IT audit, risk management, or compliance with hands‑on ITGC testing experience.
Working knowledge of risk and control frameworks (NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800-53, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, COSO, COBIT, FedRAMP).
Advanced‑tier GRC certifications (CRISC, CGRC, CIA, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, GSNA).
Experience with Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs) and framework mappings in partnership with Security Engineering and IT.

Responsibilities

Support and execute second line of defense activities and maintain information security policies.
Identify and report risks with defensible analysis and provide remediation recommendations with owners and dates.
Monitor control performance and drive deficiencies to closure across assigned domains.
Aggregate and report risk metrics to information security leadership.
