Job summary

Relativity ODA LLC is seeking a Staff IT Auditor to lead second-line assurance under the IIA Three Lines Model. You will design, test, and monitor IT general controls and advise the first line on effective control operation.

You will regularly update risk registers, report to the CISO and executives, and collaborate across ERM, IT, and product teams to strengthen the control environment. The role requires 8+ years of IT audit experience, deep knowledge of frameworks, and strong communication;

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT audit, risk management, or compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of risk and control frameworks (NIST CSF 2.0, NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001/27018, SOC 2, COBIT, FedRAMP).
• Experience designing, building, and monitoring Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs) and mappings.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-line IT control testing and assurance activities.
• Maintain and optimize IT risk register and control deficiencies.
• Provide guidance on control requirements and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with CISO, ERM, IT, and management on risk reporting.
