Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Staff IT Auditor to lead second-line assurance over IT controls in a complex, regulated environment. You will design and operate cross-functional IT control design, continuously test ITGCs, and advise first-line teams on effective control operation.

You will act as a subject-matter expert on IT risk assurance, translating strategic goals into practical control actions while communicating clearly with executives and auditors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT audit, risk management, or compliance experience with hands-on ITGC testing.
• Deep knowledge of risk and control frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, COSO, COBIT).
• Experience designing, building, and monitoring RCMs with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication to present testing results to leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, monitor, and optimize second line assurance activities across IT controls.
• Define and maintain information security policies aligned to control frameworks.
• Identify risks, provide gap analyses and remediation plans.
• Monitor control performance and rationalize controls for optimization.
• Own risk register, reporting to CISO and executives, quarterly.
• Collaborate on SOX readiness and enterprise-wide audits.
