Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field; 5+ years graphic/digital design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Experience designing for e-commerce websites, landing pages, responsive sites, and HTML emails.
• Experience with digital photography for product shoots.
• Experience with video editing and AI-generated imagery.
• Experience with print production and preparing files for final production.
• Experience using PM software and DAM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design digital marketing materials including landing pages, emails, websites, and digital content.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Uphold brand guidelines across sub-brands and marketing assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and traditional channels.
• Partner with Creative Director to align on direction and priorities.
• Deliver visually compelling design solutions aligned with marketing objectives.
• Present concepts to Creative Director for review and approval.
• Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
• Oversee projects from concept to final production with QA and revisions.
• Ensure all work aligns with organizational policies and standards.
• Follow department design standards and contribute to process improvements.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Execute work according to company policies and procedures.
• Support special assignments as needed.
