Job summary

Jon Renau Collection Inc. TS is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Creative team in Carlsbad, CA.

You will craft digital and print materials for hair, beauty storytelling, and brand guidelines, supporting B2B and B2C campaigns while building customer confidence. You will work with Adobe Creative Suite, follow templates, and collaborate across design, marketing, product development, and sales.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Experience with marketing campaigns, product launches, email, web, social media, and print.
• Experience or interest in AI-assisted creative tools for image, video, or design production.
• Experience working within brand systems, templates, and design guidelines.
• Strong typography, hierarchy, composition, layout, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Ability to work in deadline-driven environments and follow brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials across digital and print channels.
• Apply established creative direction and style sheets consistently.
• Resize and update designs for different formats while maintaining brand look.
• Prepare print-ready production files and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, product development, and sales teams.
• Learn and apply AI-assisted tools to support design work and efficiency.
