Job summary

Nice North America, a subsidiary of Nice S.p.A., is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to empower marketing across digital and traditional channels. You will lead visual development, deliver cohesive assets, and ensure brand standards across websites, emails, and packaging.

Based in Carlsbad, CA, this onsite role collaborates with Creative and Marketing teams, manages multiple projects, and contributes to improving design processes. A strong portfolio and Adobe CC proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field with 6+ years of graphic design experience, or equivalent education with 5+ years in graphic/digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience designing for e-commerce websites, landing pages, responsive websites and HTML emails.
• Experience with digital photography for product and live-action shoots.
• Experience with video editing and AI-generated imagery and video.
• Experience with print production, including preparing files for final production.
• Experience using project management software such as ProofHub, Wrike, or Workfront and DAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design digital marketing materials, including landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, websites, and other digital content.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Uphold brand guidelines and visual standards across sub-brands and management direction.
• Maintain brand consistency and messaging across digital platforms and traditional channels.
• Partner with the Creative Director to align on creative direction and priorities.
• Deliver visually compelling, accurate creative solutions aligned with marketing objectives.
• Present design concepts to the Creative Director for review and approval.
• Manage multiple projects and meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee projects from concept to final production, including QA and revisions.
• Ensure alignment with policies, objectives, and brand standards.
• Follow processes and contribute to design standards improvements.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to support collaboration and execution.
• Execute work per company policies and standards.
• Support additional projects and special assignments as needed.
• Implements and maintains department policies and standards.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Project-based assignments as requested.
