Motion Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer for the South San Francisco area to lead the day-to-day creation of assets for email, social ads, banners, websites, and brochures. You will work under the Art Director to ensure brand alignment, while navigating regulatory reviews and platform variations.

You’ll collaborate with marketers, a project manager, and content writers to deliver high-quality, scalable visuals with speed and accuracy, across digital and print formats.

Formación

• 5–7 years of hands-on professional graphic design and production experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
• Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Adobe Express.
• Strong portfolio with typography, layout, color theory across digital and print.
• Attention to detail and consistency across brand applications.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines with a proactive work style.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary graphic designer working with the Art Director and brand team.
• Apply brand guidelines and design system across deliverables, ensuring typographic accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare final files for print production and digital publishing across platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, and brand teams from briefs to final execution.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly, meeting creative and regulatory requirements.
