Job summary

Nice North America, a subsidiary of Nice S.p.A., is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support its Creative and Marketing teams in Carlsbad, CA. The role focuses on developing cohesive graphics for digital and print that align with brand standards and marketing goals.

You will design websites, landing pages, emails and campaigns, while collaborating closely with the Creative Director to drive high‑impact projects and maintain production quality across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience designing for e‑commerce sites, landing pages, responsive sites and HTML emails.
• Experience with digital photography for product and live shoots; video editing and AI imagery.
• Experience with print production and preparing files for final production.
• Experience using project management tools and DAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design digital marketing materials including landing pages and emails.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold brand guidelines and visual standards across a portfolio of sub‑brands.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms and print channels.
• Partner with the Creative Director to align on direction and priorities.
• Deliver visually compelling designs aligned with marketing objectives.
• Present concepts to the Creative Director for review and approval.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with high quality.
