Strategic Staffing Solutions seeks a versatile Analyst, Designer to join the in-house design team in Asset Management Marketing in New York. You will conceptually develop high-quality visuals communicating market insights, products, and brand values, while performing essential production and formatting tasks.

The role blends creative design with rigorous adherence to regulatory compliance and global brand standards, supporting both digital and print assets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional design experience, preferably in financial services, corporate marketing, or an agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; After Effects and other motion software a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for layout design and prototyping.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Word for corporate templates.

Responsibilities

• Creative Design (60%): Conceptualization and ideation for campaigns, digital assets, and print collateral.
• Campaign Asset Creation: Design web banners, social graphics, and email assets.
• Infographics: Translate complex data into clear visuals.
• Template Management & Versioning: Update and maintain marketing collateral on a monthly/quarterly cadence.
• Insights: Create header images and data visuals for webpages and campaigns.
• Event Branding & Environmental Design: Apply brand standards to events and signage.
• Presentation Support: Refine and format high-stakes PowerPoint presentations.
