Job summary

DigiKey is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative initiatives that shape and elevate our global brand across digital channels.

You will develop innovative concepts, design assets for web and email, and create campaigns that drive engagement and growth while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires onsite presence every Monday and Wednesday in our Bloomington or Thief River Falls offices; you will mentor teammates and collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Web teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of design experience, either in-house or agency-side.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and creative problem-solving.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Developing innovative creative concepts and campaigns.
• Designing high-performing digital assets for web, email, and marketing initiatives.
• Creating acquisition advertising that drives engagement and growth.
