Beck’s Hybrids in Atlanta, IN seeks a dynamic graphic designer who can wear many hats—from print to digital, leading branding efforts and collaborating with a creative team. This in-office role demands at least four years of experience, strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

You’ll craft strategic assets and mentor peers in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design or related role.
• Advanced skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic marketing assets for projects including advertising campaigns, print collateral, outdoor media, direct mail, digital marketing, tradeshow displays, and video content.
• Design and help lead overall theme development for marketing campaigns.
• Mentor other graphic designers with clear direction and feedback.
• Ensure consistency, craftsmanship and brand standards across work.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead to develop and execute campaign deliverables.
• Lead brainstorms, concept, and present concepts and final art for approval.
