Job summary

Beck's is seeking an Art Director to shape the creative vision across print, digital, events, and video. Working with the Creative Director and a team of designers, you will transform marketing objectives into compelling visuals and guide projects from concept to production.

Based in our Atlanta, IN headquarters, this full-time, in-office role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and hands-on design skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is required.
• Minimum eight years of professional graphic design or visual communications experience, including senior role experience.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Guide the creative development of marketing campaigns and projects with the Creative Director.
• Develop and execute the Beck's brand across marketing initiatives.
• Create production-ready deliverables across print, digital, environmental, events, and video.
• Mentor designers, provide feedback, and maintain brand standards throughout projects.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, copywriters, and marketing partners to deliver cohesive campaigns.
