Job summary

Inbox Monster in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Designer to join our marketing team. You’ll shape and evolve our refreshed brand, crafting memorable visuals across website, emails, social, and print while guiding the creative direction.

Based in Atlanta with a hybrid schedule (1–2 days in our Buckhead office), you’ll collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Content Lead, push ideas beyond pixels, and maintain a high bar for detail and typography.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with Figma.
• Working knowledge of Webflow for landing pages and pages.
• Strong Illustrator skills for illustration and print.
• Curiosity about AI-powered creative workflows (Claude).
• Passion for visual storytelling, typography and clean design.
• High attention to detail and pride in work.

Responsibilities

• Create bold, on-brand visuals across our website, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, presentations and print.
• Maintain and evolve the Inbox Monster brand with consistency while pushing creative forward.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing and Content Lead on standout campaigns.
• Bring strategic ideas to the table, not just pixels.
• Work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment with curiosity and flexibility.
