Beck’s Hybrids is seeking an experienced Art Director to shape the brand’s visual identity across print, digital, events, and video. You will partner with the Creative Director and Senior Copywriter to translate objectives into compelling concepts and production-ready deliverables.

Based in our Atlanta, IN headquarters, you will mentor designers, lead campaigns, and help refine design systems while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas and collaborate.
• Proven ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide a team of designers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Guide creative development of marketing campaigns and projects with the Creative Director.
• Develop and execute the brand vision across marketing initiatives.
• Create production-ready deliverables across print, digital, environmental, events, and video.
• Mentor designers with clear direction and feedback.
• Lead through creativity and collaboration while maintaining high quality.
• Lead brainstorming with marketing partners to develop integrated campaigns.
• Present concepts and design intent for approval.
• Review work for consistency with brand standards.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and copywriters.
• Improve design processes and workflows for efficiency.
