Job summary

Beck’s is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to create strategic marketing assets across print and digital channels from our Atlanta, IN headquarters. The role requires leadership, collaboration, and a high standard for typography and layout.

You will partner with the Creative Lead, guiding junior designers and ensuring brand consistency in fast-paced projects. The position is in-office with a comprehensive benefits package including health/DIS/Dental options, 401k match, paid time off, and wellness

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Minimum four years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

Responsibilities

Create strategic marketing assets for projects including advertising campaigns, print collateral, outdoor media, direct mail, digital marketing, social assets, and more.
Design and help lead overall theme development for marketing campaigns.
Mentor other graphic designers, provide direction and feedback.
Evaluate work to ensure consistency and brand standards.
Collaborate with the Creative Lead to develop and execute campaign deliverables.
Lead brainstorms, concepts, and present final art for approval.
