Beck's Superior Hybrids is seeking an experienced Art Director to shape the visual direction of marketing campaigns. You will lead design across print, digital, events, and video, partnering with the Creative Director and senior teammates to elevate the Beck's brand.

You will mentor designers, present concepts, and ensure production‑ready files while maintaining high quality and consistency. This in‑office role is based at the Atlanta, IN headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Proven leadership in a senior creative role.
• 8+ years in graphic design/visual communications.

Responsibilities

• Guide creative development of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and cross‑functional teams.
• Create production‑ready deliverables across channels.
• Mentor designers and maintain brand standards.
• Present concepts and strategies for approval.
• Ensure high quality and consistency across work.
