You will lead in‑house design, mentor junior designers, and embrace AI‑driven workflows to scale creativity while maintaining brand integrity. Pax8 offers strong growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior-level design experience in-house or agency.
• Excellent typography, layout, color and visual systems.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and presentation tools.
• Experience with Figma and AI-assisted design platforms.

• Proactive ownership mindset.
• Coaching approach to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, on-brand creative for digital and print.
• Partner on brand strategy and campaign concepts.
• Own cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
• Evolve creative standards, tools and AI workflows.
• Identify gaps and risks early, act proactively.
• Mentor designers with constructive critique and collaboration.
• Step in as senior creative lead when manager is unavailable.
