CodeAI in the United States is seeking a Sr Designer & Art Director to lead visual direction across campaigns, shaping how the brand shows up in video, social, web, and print.

You will partner with a copywriter, design key assets, and drive the aesthetic from concept to production, mentoring creatives and ensuring WCAG-compliant, accessible work. This is a design-led role with strong creative influence across channels.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years in graphic design and art direction with a senior level.
• Portfolio showing hands-on design craft and integrated campaign work, with your specific role noted on each project.
• Expert typography, layout, and composition skills, with the ability to flex across visual styles.
• Experience concepting with copywriters, with produced campaign work to show for it.
• Experience art directing photo or video shoots through post.
• Experience building or evolving brand guidelines and helping other teams apply them.
• Experience directing the work of other creatives.
• Experience using AI tools in a creative workflow.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual direction of the CodeAI brand and design much of the work that carries it.
• Concept integrated campaigns with your copywriter partner and translate ideas into a visual system that works across channels.
• Art direct photo and video shoots from shot list through post, while partners handle logistics and vendors.
