Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of grant-writing experience in social services or related fields.
• Experience with prospect research and cultivation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex projects independently.
• Strong collaboration and professionalism when handling information.
• Experience with government grant portals and CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Write competitive letters of intent, applications, proposals, reports, and supporting materials for foundation and government funding.
• Ensure content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with funder guidelines.
• Research significant foundation and government funding opportunities.
• Monitor government sites for RFPs, RFQs, and RFAs and create opportunity summaries.
• Review grants for accuracy and compliance; track deadlines and renewals.
• Collaborate with program, finance, and development teams to gather materials.
