Job summary

Elevate, a fully remote grant-writing firm, is seeking experienced grant writers to support 4–5 nonprofit clients. You will lead complex proposals, perform prospect research, and coordinate with Directors to align fundraising strategies with client goals.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of relevant experience and strong writing skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality grants on time. The role offers a robust benefits package and a fully remote schedule across the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of grant writing or related experience.
• Strong proposals and reports development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, timelines, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, draft, edit, and submit approximately 4 written deliverables per client (LOI, grant proposal, reports, concept papers).
• Identify funding prospects and produce research summaries for clients.
• Attend and participate in weekly or bi-weekly client meetings.
• Prepare for and participate in internal team check-ins.
• Contribute to Elevate’s culture through staff meetings and committees.
