Job summary

Elevate is a small business providing comprehensive grant writing support to nearly 100 nonprofit organizations, with fully remote staff across the United States. The role focuses on complex proposal development, research, and client coordination under Directors and a dedicated Supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of grant writing experience.
• Ability to manage 4–5 clients with multiple deliverables.
• Strong proposals and narrative reports writing skills.
• Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising and program design.

Responsibilities

• Plan, draft, edit, and submit approximately 4 written deliverables per client (LOIs, grant proposals, reports, concept papers).
• Identify funding prospects and prepare detailed research summaries for clients.
• Attend and participate in weekly or bi-weekly client meetings.
• Prepare for and participate in internal team check-ins.
• Contribute to Elevate’s culture through staff meetings and committees.
