Job summary

Elevate | Smart Grants for Powerful Social Change is seeking experienced grant writers to support 4-5 clients with advanced proposal development, work planning, and client coordination. You’ll work under Directors and a Supervisor to align work with clients’ fundraising strategy and grow professionally.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of comparable grant-writing experience, proven ability to meet key competencies, and a track record of delivering compelling, fundable proposals and reports for

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of comparable experience with the key tasks and responsibilities listed below.
• Ability to meet the key competencies for the role.
• Experience supporting multiple clients with grant proposals and reports.
• Strong writing and research skills for fundraising opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, draft, edit, and submit approximately 4 written deliverables (LOIs, proposals, reports) per client.
• Identify new funding prospects and produce detailed research summaries for clients.
• Attend and participate in weekly or bi-weekly client meetings.
• Prepare for and participate in internal team check-ins.
• Contribute positively to Elevate’s culture and community through meetings and committees.
