Qualifications

• Documented success in federal and foundation grants.
• Experience with grants that were awarded, not just submitted.
• Behavioral health or workforce development grant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify federal and foundation grants applicable to TWF.
• Lead proposal writing and submissions for grants.
• Coordinate with leadership on program design and budget.
• Manage post-award grantee reporting cycles.
• Build and maintain a grant pipeline tracker.
