Colorado Department of Public Safety is seeking a Grants Specialist III to manage and coordinate the flow of agreement generation from request to dissemination, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. The role supports the Grants Management Office with FSRS updates and reporting, BSIR entries, and interaction with subrecipients.

Required experience includes six years in grants or related finance administration, or a bachelor’s/master’s degree with corresponding experience.

Qualifications

• Six years of professional experience in grants, accounting or finance administration that included monitoring or administering grants or other restricted funds.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate flow of grant agreements from request to final dissemination.
• Update FSRS, CORE, BSIR, and related grant management systems.
• Maintain organized grant files and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Represent the Division in meetings and liaise with external partners on status and questions.
• Provide pre-disaster support to the State Emergency Operations Center when directed.
