The State of Colorado's Grants Management Office seeks a qualified professional to manage the flow of grant documents from request to final dissemination. You will ensure language compliance and coordinate with the Grants and Agreements team and subrecipients.

Responsibilities include updating FSRS, maintaining records, and supporting pre-disaster preparedness grants. A strong background in grants administration is essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Six (6) years of professional experience in grants, accounting or finance administration that included monitoring or administering grants.
• Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of professional experience in grants or related field.
• Master's degree plus one (1) year of professional experience in grants or accounting or finance administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead efforts with OSC/CCU to update agreement document templates.
• Guide Grant Program Managers in creating appropriate agreement documents.
• Lead in the implementation of agreements to subrecipients with required federal terms.
• Coordinate with program managers to finalize agreements and communications.
• Represent the Division at meetings as assigned.
• Maintain grant files and enter information into EMGrants Pro, FSRS, and CORE.
