Job summary

You will coordinate budgets, subawards, and compliance, work with program leadership, and ensure timely submissions and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with four years of grant/contract administration experience.
• Advanced degree in public administration, business, financial management, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills; ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with managing large and complex budgets across multiple sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-award research administration for a complex award portfolio.
• Manage proposals, budgets, and subaward administration; ensure compliance with sponsor requirements.
• Prepare and submit financial and programmatic reports; monitor expenditures and track progress.
• Oversee subrecipients, onboarding, training, and coordination with core offices for timely closeouts.
