Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience; or high school diploma/equivalent and seven years of experience.
• eSPEAR Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with budget construction and post-award financial management.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and grant budgets and project compliance within designated college departments.
• Monitor, reconcile, and project financials including burn rate and balances through project end dates.
• Serve as liaison between departments, sponsors, Research Foundation, and central offices.
• Support pre-award activities, proposal budgets, and sponsor guidelines compliance.
• Implement department grants-management procedures and data-driven process improvements.
