Guardians of Honor, LLC seeks a senior Project Manager - Grants Management to lead federal grants programs. This remote role manages multiple concurrent grant contracts and oversees teams of 10–15 FTEs to ensure timely, compliant deliverables.

You will liaison with federal clients, develop project plans, monitor budgets, and drive quality controls while maintaining strong stakeholder communications in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with 2 CFR 200 and related guidelines is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years PM experience managing multiple concurrent task orders and contracts.
• 5+ years federal contracting experience, preferably grants management.
• Experience supervising 10-20+ FTEs.
• Onsite client relationship management experience.
• Proficient with MS Project, Smartsheet and MS Excel.
• Comfort with virtual event platforms (Zoom/Teams).
• Ability to pass background investigations; Public Trust clearance.
• Strong communication and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management and contract execution for federal grants programs.
• Develop, monitor, and update timelines for multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage master schedules, risk management, and staff forecasting.
• Oversee budgets and prepare financial/progress reports.
• Provide mentorship to staff and oversee subcontractors/SMEs.
• Ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200 and relevant guidelines.
• Act as primary POC for federal clients with proactive communication.
