Job summary

The Corner Health Center seeks a Grants and Development Coordinator to manage the grant lifecycle, support events, and maintain donor data for grant awards. This exempt, full-time role (40 hours weekly) offers a hybrid schedule with occasional evening and weekend hours onsite or at community locations, reporting to the Development Director.

This position suits detail-oriented individuals with a passion for supporting development operations in a community-focused health center.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
2+ years’ experience writing and/or managing grant lifecycle is strongly preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus on granular grant reporting and financial details
Excellent writing, synthesis, and critical thinking skills.
Experience with CRM systems, particularly DonorPerfect and EGrAMS, a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Commitment to the agency mission.
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the grant management lifecycle and reporting to funders.
Support donor engagement and fundraising events.
Maintain data entry into donor databases and generate reports.
Prepare accurate monthly grant billings and financial reports.
Collaborate with program and finance teams to ensure grant compliance.
Monitor grant expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets and funder requirements.
Prepare grant reports following funder guidelines.
