Job summary

Maternity Care Coalition (MCC) is seeking a Sr. Grants and Contracts Coordinator to partner with program leaders on budgets, funder compliance, and financial capacity. The role guides grant oversight, contract management, and budget planning while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Hybrid work arrangement; requires strong Excel skills, nonprofit finance experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams. Competitive benefits and salary range provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience developing, preparing, and monitoring budgets.
• Three years of experience in finance and grants and contracts at a nonprofit.
• Experience with federally funded government contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets responding to proposals and funder requirements.
• Disseminate financial documents for proposals and funder requests.
• Interpret funder requirements related to budgets and expenses.
• Set up systems to ensure ongoing grant compliance.
• Create financial reporting to track actual vs budgeted spending.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable on expense coding and funder allocations.
• Support annual audits with data and transaction details.
