The Senior Business Operations Analyst at The Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) partners with internal and external stakeholders to provide operational support for project needs and daily business operations at the GRC, including finance processes, staff allocations, and overall fiscal management of departmental resources.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of relevant experience in grants or fiscal management.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Pre-employment physical including a drug screen may be required.
• Experience with development and submission of proposals, grants management, review and analysis of contracts, data use agreements, subcontracts and other legal documents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support for specific project needs and daily GRC operations including finance processes, staff allocations, and fiscal management of departmental resources.
• Collaborate with GRC IT and GRC Communications staff to develop and implement processes to improve organizational performance.
• Cultivate working relationships that support efficient fiscal management of sponsor funds and overall GRC business operations.
• Review contracts and data use agreements and ensure compliance with sponsor, university, and federal guidelines.
• Develop and participate in training of GRC staff in budgeting and business operations topics.
• Support project teams in developing standardized business purposes and justifications for documentation for projects; propose policies and processes that align with GRC’s mission and goals.
