Clark County Clinical & Community Services Department seeks a Senior Grants Coordinator to lead grant development, tracking, reporting, and compliance. The role oversees budgeting, program performance, and interaction with County departments and external sponsors to secure funding and ensure grant objectives are met.

The senior advisor will guide grant processes, prepare reports, and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to funding requirements and timely deliverables in a fast-paced County

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration or related field.
• Four years of full-time professional experience in administrative, budgetary, grant funding administration, or similar analyses.
• Public agency experience and supervisory experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction and oversight for grant development, applications, tracking and reporting.
• Monitor grant compliance and prepare fiscal and programmatic reports.
• Coordinate with County departments and external funding partners to strengthen grant performance.
• Develop funding requests, RFPs, and process grant applications; monitor activities for reporting requirements.
• Oversee grant program records and expenditures; provide guidance on grant funding policies.
