Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with at least 3 years' related experience.
• 15 credit hours of university-level accounting through intermediate accounting required.
• Experience with diverse funding sources including contracts and grants preferred.
• Ability to interpret complex financial information for program operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily processing and accounting of revenues and expenditures across multiple funding sources.
• Review transactions for accuracy, documentation, and compliance with university and sponsor requirements.
• Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and budget monitoring reports.
