The candidate will liaise with faculty, departments, collaborating institutions, and central offices, managing documentation and deadlines in a fast-paced research environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 5 years of directly related experience.
• Completed degree above minimum education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Preferred: degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Health Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with grant proposal assembly and submission tracking.
• Support award administration and post-award activities.
• Maintain proposal and award tracking systems and deadlines.
• Coordinate communications among faculty, staff, and central research administration.
