Qualifications

• Specialized experience in grants/cooperative agreements and closeout processes.
• Ability to interpret laws and regulations governing federal funds.
• Experience advising senior program officials and external partners on grants management.

Responsibilities

• Process a full range of grant and agreement applications for awards.
• Provide interpretation of laws and regulations governing use of federal funds.
• Approve grants and agreements and issue funding notifications.
• Review grant/applications for clarity and completeness.
• Monitor changes in laws/regulations and assess impact on programs.
• Close out grants and agreements per procedures.
• Perform supervisory duties 25% or more of the time.
