Job summary

Lumaenergy seeks a QA/QC professional to oversee FEMA Public Assistance reimbursement activities, review requests, validate documentation, assess eligibility, and ensure compliance with federal grant requirements. The role supports continuous improvement of reimbursement processes, collaborating with Project Management, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal.

Education includes a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of related experience, including federal grant programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years supporting federally funded grant programs, preferably FEMA Public Assistance.
• Experience performing QAQC of reimbursement packages or similar reviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform QAQC reviews of reimbursement packages to ensure FEMA Public Assistance compliance.
• Review procurement docs, contracts, invoices, labor and equipment records for eligibility.
• Verify costs align with approved PWs, grant agreements, and regulations.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with reimbursement preparers and stakeholders.
• Develop responses to RFIs and assist in agency communications.
• Monitor QAQC metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes.
