Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a QA/QC specialist to oversee federally funded reimbursement activities, reviewing reimbursement requests, validating documentation, and ensuring FEMA, DOE, and other federal grant compliance.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to address issues, monitor quality metrics, and support storm restoration and emergency response as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience performing QAQC of federal reimbursement requests (RFRs) and related documentation.
• Ability to interpret FEMA Public Assistance requirements and 2 CFR Part 200 guidance.
• Experience reviewing procurement docs, invoices, contracts, change orders, and support docs for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform QAQC reviews of reimbursement packages to ensure FEMA/DOE compliance.
• Review procurement docs, contracts, invoices, labor records, and supporting documentation for eligibility.
• Verify costs align with approved Project Worksheets and grant agreements.
