Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted point of contact for pre-award and post-award communications with sponsors and HSOM faculty.
• Prepares and manages sponsored research proposals by refining, submitting, and tracking applications.
• Develops and maintains project budgets, including faculty effort and indirect costs.
• Monitors milestones and timelines, identifying risks and recommending adjustments.
• Coordinates required administrative documentation, including biosketches and checklists.
• Reviews draft components and provides copy edits to improve clarity and quality.
