South Seattle College’s Georgetown Campus is looking to hire a Grant Funded Apprenticeship Pathways and Curriculum Program Specialist 3. The role focuses on coordinating curriculum documentation and supporting pathway development for apprenticeship programs on campus.

With grant-funded responsibilities, the position emphasizes alignment with apprenticeship standards, higher education governance, and accreditation expectations, while collaborating with internal departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development or instructional program management is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of accreditation standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate review, completion, and maintenance of apprenticeship curriculum documentation across Georgetown Campus programs.
• Support documentation efforts for existing and new apprenticeship occupations.
• Review curriculum documentation for completeness and alignment with state and institutional requirements.
• Coordinate updates to curriculum documentation within college systems (course catalog, registration).
• Maintain records and tracking tools to support compliance and reporting.
